Admission Procedure

Admissions at Utkal Gaurav International School are open for all grades, subject to seat availability. The process begins with filling out the Application Form, followed by an interaction or entrance assessment (as per grade level). Final admission is granted after document verification and fee submission.

 

Admission Criteria / Age Eligibility

Admission is based on merit, interaction results, and availability of seats.

• Nursery: 3 years & above
• LKG: 4 years & above
• UKG: 5 years & above
• Grade 1 onwards: As per age criteria prescribed by education authorities (5 years & above).

• Birth Certificate (attested copy)
• Transfer Certificate (for Grades 2 and above)
• Previous School Report Card
• Recent Passport-size Photographs (4)
• Parent’s Passport-size Photographs
• Aadhaar Card (Student & Parents)
